The application shows them through analytics their current state, their mood trend, which emotions are most often associated with which context and tags.

We do not personalize our data, and in no case do we share sensitive company data. But we do aggregate data by department or team and display the dynamics and key triggers of mood changes. This can help you understand the correlations between the state of teams and the company's business metrics, help you catch the moment when teams start to burn out, or, conversely, understand when the teams are doing well!

We are currently testing the use of AI to search for hidden patterns and make recommendations to users. This will allow you to find new opportunities and triggers to improve the climate in teams and the state of employees.
